Beef Pepper Rice

Tonight is another night when I am in the mood to prepare a good dinner for my family.  I used the hotplate to cook the beef.

I woke up earlier than everyone else yesterday to prepeare a breakfast in bed for my loving husband.

french toast topped with strawberries, blueberries and almond nuts, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and a cup of coffee
