Festive Night



                   We were not able to celebrate chinese new year, due to the fact that we are busy unpacking our stuffs. We just moved to a new place, closer to my kids school. Thus now was the only time I started to have more time than the last couple of days.  I chose to make 3 dishes today, vegetable, seafood and meat.

Garlic and Butter Shrimp

                     My eldest son doesnt like shrimp that much, however whenever it is steamed with garlic and butter, he will definitely asks for more.

Everyone in my family loves tofu, so I decided to make a different dish instead of the usual one added in soup. My experiment turns out great. My kids love it.
