Tart

Inspired by what my sister in LA made, I tried my own version of fruit tart. I did not follow any recipe book, and just made what I think might be right. I planned to use custard powder, however my powder was not enough, thus I decided to make the custard from scratch instead of going out to buy more. The tart is not perfect but still tastes good. Hopefully the next time it would be even better :-)



I brushed it with a bit of clear gelatine to make the fruit appeared glossy
